They bring us the advantage of “Practice-based Engineering” which enables us to provide integrated service of engineering design, production application, R&D. In addition, we enjoy the predominant benefit from being exclusively authorized by Tianjin Chemical Plant for the engineering design and technology promotion of its Patent of Paste Resin.
We keep our engineering design in a positive interaction with production by Introducing new thoughts, new ideas, new concepts and new methods into production and getting feedback from production to improve our engineering design, so that innovation could continuously empower both engineering design and production.
Backed up by our proprietary and patented technologies, our chlor-alkali production technology could guarantee the operation stability, high quality and domestically lowest consumptions of the projects. For PVC production, its products covers conventional SG5 Resin, Dull PVC Resin, Paste Resin and so on, and its capacity covers 100kt/a, 200kt/a and 400kt/a. For Caustic Soda production, its capacity covers 50kt/a, 100kt/a, 200kt/a, 300kt/a and 600kt/a.
We’ve delivered engineering design up to over 5000kt/a capacity for each of Caustic Soda and PVC and taken up 20% market share. In addition, we also have achievements in Chlor-alkali products like Chloracetic Acid, Chlorobenzene and Titanium Sponge.
