(Tianjin Soda Factory), the proprietary technology of soda ash has been re-innovated through the integration of engineering design experience, and a number of core technologies have been developed, especially the Combined-soda Process engineering technology, the energy-saving engineering technology of ammonia evaporation and absorption by ammonia-alkali method, and the engineering technology of producing high-quality low-salt dense soda ash by liquid-phase hydration method, among which the quality of dense soda ash by liquid-phase hydration method is superior, reaching the international advanced level, and has a large market share in high-grade glass. Our combined-soda process has formed a series of production scales of 100, 150, 200, 400, 600, 800, 900, 1000 and 1200 kilotons /year.
